These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OwlXBrowser (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets you create and manage isolated browser profiles through a desktop application, a website and related APIs. Features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account and team.
  • Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In particular, you must not use the Service for fraud, deception, unauthorized access, evading bans or security measures, or any illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

4. Plans, billing and renewals

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices may change with at least [30] days' notice before your next renewal.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry and, after a grace period, downgrade your account to the free plan.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Plan limits and downgrades

When your plan ends or is downgraded, profiles exceeding the new limit become locked (read-only). We do not delete them because of a downgrade.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the data you store. Profile data synchronized through the Service is encrypted on your device; we store only ciphertext and cannot read it. You grant us a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Third-party services

Proxies, websites and other services you access through profiles are not operated by us. You are responsible for complying with their terms.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law.
