Automation: synchronizer and RPA flows
Two ways to do the same work in many profiles without scripting. Both are part of Pro and higher (your plan's features are listed in the dashboard).
Window synchronizer
Control many profile windows with one mouse and keyboard.
- Start the Chrome profiles you want to work in.
- On the Profiles screen, click Synchronizer.
- Pick the main window and tick the windows that should follow it. Leave Arrange windows first on so they are the same size.
- Click Start synchronizing.
Everything you do in the main window happens in the followers: moving the mouse, clicking, scrolling, typing and keyboard shortcuts, opening, switching and closing tabs, and going to an address. Followers get real (trusted) input, the same as a person typing.
Not repeated: typing inside frames from other sites (for example captchas) and the browser's own menus. Firefox profiles can't be synchronized. Click Stop in the banner to end it; closing the main window ends it too.
RPA flows
A flow is a list of steps the browser carries out like a person: the mouse travels to elements, clicks land at a random point inside them, typing has uneven pauses and pages scroll in small steps.
Open Automation → New flow, start empty or from a template, and add steps:
| Step | What it does |
|---|---|
| Open address / New tab / Close tab / Reload / Go back | Navigation |
| Wait (random) | Pauses between two times |
| Wait for element | Waits until something is visible |
| Click / Move mouse over | With "skip if not found" for optional buttons such as cookie banners |
| Type text | Clicks a field (optional), clears it if you want, types |
| Press key | Enter, Tab, Escape, arrows, Ctrl+A… |
| Choose from list | Picks an option in a drop-down |
| Scroll | Down/up by an amount, or to the bottom/top |
| Screenshot | Saved per run; open them from Runs |
| Cookie robot | Browses a list of sites in random order, stays a while, scrolls and follows links — warms up new profiles |
| Run JavaScript | For anything else (the page can see this script) |
Elements are found with CSS selectors (#login, input[name=email]) or by text (text=Sign in). Text, addresses and selectors can use variables: {{profile.name}}, {{profile.no}}, {{date}} and {{random:6}} (six random digits).
Flows belong to the team: everyone in the workspace sees and runs them.
Running
Click Run, choose the profiles, how many run at the same time and how often to repeat the flow. Profiles that weren't open are started and, if you leave Close profiles this run opened on, closed again afterwards. Watch progress and errors in Runs.
Schedules
Automation → Schedules → New schedule runs a flow every day at a time, or every few minutes or hours, on chosen profiles or every profile in a group. Schedules run on the computer where you made them while the app is open (it can be in the background).
